The Collector Nation app home screen with Scan

How it works

FROM CAMERA TO VALUE IN A SECOND.

No typing, no guessing which printing you have. The scanner does the identifying; you get the card and the number.

  1. 01

POINT YOUR PHONE AT THE CARD.

Open the app, tap Scan, and hold a card up to the camera. Raw singles, graded slabs and sealed product all work.

  2. 02

GET THE EXACT CARD, NOT A GUESS.

The app works out which printing it is — set, number and parallel — so you get the real card in front of you, not "a Charizard" or "a rookie".

  3. 03

    SEE WHAT IT IS WORTH.

A live market value from Collector Nation’s own card data appears with the identification. One card or a whole box to sort through — the answer is on screen.

  4. 04

    ADD IT TO YOUR COLLECTION.

Keep the scan and it lands in your collection with the identity already sorted, valued continuously as the market moves. Singles, slabs and sealed together.

A tracked collection with portfolio value in the app

What it reads

IDENTITY FIRST. EVERY TIME.

A value is only as good as the card it is attached to. The scanner pins the exact printing before it says a price — because a parallel, a serial number or a retailer-exclusive is a different card entirely.

Pokémon

EVERY POKÉMON PRINTING.

From Base Set to the newest drop — English sets, the parallels and the secret rares. It tells apart a holo from a reverse holo and a Pokémon Center printing from the standard one, because those are different cards worth different money.

Sports

ROOKIES, PARALLELS, SERIAL NUMBERS.

Football, basketball, baseball and beyond. It reads the set and year, the insert, the numbered parallel — a /99 is not the base card, and the app knows the difference.

Graded & sealed

SLABS AND BOXES, TOO.

A graded slab is recognised by what is on its label; sealed boxes and packs are identified as the product they are. Everything you own, valued in one place.
